  • IN HOW MUCH TIME WILL MY REQUEST BE DELIVERED?

Orders destined for Spain and Portugal will take a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours depending on the delivery area and will be sent through GLS.

The rest of European countries will be delivered within a period of 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery area.

  • HOW I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Valencia (Spain) you will receive a confirmation email together with the one from the transport company so that you can track it online.

  • CAN I CHANGE ANY WRONG DATA OF MY ORDER?

Yes, during the first 12 hours you can modify or add any additional information to your order.

  • CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

Order cancellations are only available if the product has not left our facilities, so in the first 24 hours after the order is placed you can cancel your order at no cost.

If you want to cancel your order and it is in the shipping or delivery process, you must wait for the delivery person to make the delivery and return it.

  • WHAT IS THE VESA ?
The VESA mounting standard defines the distance in millimeters between the 4 holes on the back of your TV (horizontal distance x vertical distance). VESA is a standard measurement used for wall mounts and other mounting systems used by most TV brands.
  • WHAT MEASURES OF TV FITS WITH FACE ?

Our TV stands are designed for dimensions of 40 or 80 inches.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TV IS FACE VESA COMPATIBLE ?

On the product page you can see the size and adaptability of width x length so you don't have any doubts.

  • IS ROSTRO TV A SECURE SUPPORT FOR MY TELEVISION?

That's how it is! Our TV stands have non-slip rubber feet that provide total stability, grip and security.

  • HOW MUCH KG CAN THE FACE SUPPORT?

We do not recommend applying more than 50KG to the support, in addition we also include an additional security kit totally free that you can apply to the wall, you will find it in the box next to the product. If you need another type of resistance, contact us to make custom FACE TV.

  • IS FACE JUST A SALON SUPPORT?

It is a support for the living room and for any other space where a TV is required, such as an office, room, terrace... etc.

  • HOW DO I MAKE THE WIRING NOT VISIBLE?

Our TV stands have a simple and intelligent system where we camouflage annoying and unsightly cables through the legs, thus creating a clean and embellished space.
